Game Pass version is out in NZ -> Change Region and you can play

Title.

Change region to New Zealand and restart Xbox app. Then you can play Wo Long on Game Pass.

Region Settings (Windows 10) -> Change region to New Zealand. Restart Xbox app and play the game.
