Or maybe just start removing it from their games after 6-12 months
In any event, this game does not appear it will have Denuvo unless it gets slipped in at the last second. Wild Hearts seemed to have it slipped in mainly because of the partnership with EA, and the use of their client being required. Time will tell.
The pirated version of Hogwarts legacy without denuvo is a stuttery mess too. There are comparison videos showing that and that the FPS is 8 - 16 FPS average better, but it still has all the other problems.
So you're probably right.
Funny thing though, a friend of mine said his game run much better with an ethernet cable, than a wifi connection ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Edit: I could very well have denuvo and not mention it on the store page. I've seen two big releases in the last month that did so.
