Nice Booba slider and Jiggle but...
So much stutter tho...

Cap your FPS in NVCP to 60 and turn off in-game v-sync and set volumetric fog to low. That got rid of 99% of stutter for me.

Doesn't do anything for me unfortunately.

Is this the only game that has a ridiculous boob slider with jiggle physics but at the same time has a pronouns option XD?

Like who are you trying to cater, TN, make up your damn mind cause you sure can't please both sides with the same product...
