That's not the point, the game for some reason locks itself in 720/1080p modes for some. Same case here, although I'm on Samsung Odyssey G7, it does not let me switch to 1440p.
I'm running 4070 Ti and latest drivers, so I'm in the same boat with TS, and you are being clueless and rough for no reason.

Hey guys, I found a fix for myself. With WFH I use Citrix. Disabling the Citrix driver in device manager has allowed me to change resolution settings. Try disabling any other display driver in Device Manager aside from your GPU. Hope this helps.
