20 didn't have TCS either. Both have AW, but not TCS. You can enable TCS in the assists/difficulty settings by switching electronics from real to assisted. But as mentioned, Moto2 don't get TCS in real life either. They all share the same ECU and engine which doesn't allow TCS. A little practice and you'll get it quickly,
I find Moto2 a great bike as you can still use higher throttle settings but with brake and throttle modulation needed. Full MotoGP is a lot more aggressive especially with TCS turned off. It takes time but its a good skill to learn even if you turn TCS back on again.
