I'm not receiving my dlc whatever I do

A few days ago I bought the flower yukata set but when I go to my layered armor it won't show up, but it showed me the message that I received them and I also claimed it from the palico. I reinstalled my game, verified the files, reinstalled the dlc but nothing is working..

Please help me

Give it another check, thoroughly. Most people who have had issues in the past, only encountered misunderstandings in accessing then. Like the fact that you can equip each part of the set separately, rather than in whole.

That's not my issue, like I said I did everything that you have to do to receive the bonus content, it's not my first time buying a dlc but it won't show up anywhere
