[SOLVED] Start game -> Black screen, no error -> Alt+F4 -> still running in background.

Hi guys, I can't playt "Rise"
I can't start game, there is only blackscreen
no error code..

* I try to "MONSTER HUNTER RISE Troubleshooting & Issue Reporting Thread".
1)) anti-virus program.
I don't use any anti-virus program, even windows defender.

2) Give administrator privileges to Steam and the game,
I tried. and also tried MHR run as Windows 8 compatibility. dosen't work.

3) Update your Video/Graphics Drivers and Windows Operating System
yes. now useing 497.29 ver.

4) Check your graphics driver settings & computer power settings
done

5) Update DirectX
done

6) Update your Windows Media Player codecs
done.

7) Verify the game’s cache in Steam
done.

all i can do is finish.

Graphic card - 2080s
CPU - 9700K
Nvidia version 497.29.
Dual Monitor

Some people have suggested unplugging 2nd screen.

I have tried that plus all of the above and I'm unable to get the game to run unfortunately.

and press ALT + F4, then in "Task manager" still MHR is running.

do Steam Offline mod. then I can play game.. but can't do co-op play.

I reinstalled Windows.
Windows 10 -> Windows 11 Pro.
Still black screen and going Steam Offline mode, Can play.
but Steam Online mode, Black screen.

I have MHW and Iceborn. so I reinstall that game, just click play.
lol. Can play. maybe MHW use DX11? no. turn on DX12 mode, still can playing.

still MHR is not working. just blackscreen and not pop-up any crash. just black.

because steam Offline is perfectly working. but back online? suddenly stop.
