Game Stuttering /Lag

Hi, I wanted to ask for information. Only I have problems that already from the initial screen I see that it goes a bit jerky, I enter the village everything is fine, but after the meal videos and the hunts do they seem to be lagging? I do not understand why, to make it go well I have to restart the pc.
I have already put in the antivirus exceptions, I have started it as administrator, I have modified the paging files, I have made a clean boot of windows.
I don't know what to do anymore, it's annoying.

My Specs:
I7 8700k 4.7ghz
RTX 2070
16 GB 3200
Win 10 21H2
Bitdefender
Game on ssd

the problem with disabling the save still remained, I tried to lower the refresh rate from 144 to 60 and the problem seems to have disappeared. I have a 144 hz monitor and in the game I am from 120 to 144, Why does he do this? The use of the video card is around 50%. It makes me weird.

I had stutters in hunts and expeditions. The game was playable but the stutter was noticable and bothering me. What made it disappear for me was to set Windows Energy Saving mode to the "High Performance" option and I also changed my video card energy managment in the Nvidia Control Panel to "Maximum Performance".

Hi, unfortunately I had tried that too but it didn't work for me. Thanks so much. For now it seems to have solved by changing the frame rate in play.
