How to reduce screen tearing (7800x3d + 4090 lol)
I notice screen tearing despite getting an average fps of 140-150 coupled with an Alienware DWF ultrawide monitor (3440x1440) which supports GSync and has up to 165hz.

Has anyone else noticed this? Are there any nvidia specific settings or configurations I can change in some text file for the game?

have you got vsync enabled or disabled? sometimes it fixes the screen tearing, other times it makes it happen.

check if your screen in the control panel is set to the correct refresh rate, if that's ok then try vsync option in game or last resort force it through nvidia app settings

GSync might be the cause.
