Wired Switch Controller works on the game, with a Switch Controller button scheme you can change in the options.
i use a wireless one, my friend told me there is another way to change controls ingame that i didn't know about & it is now mostly playing like it would on switch, the only problem is A is still B on selecting items & menu buttons, i need that to be a as well but i can't figure it out

no when i played last night, the controls were so bad that i couldn't put my weapon away, use items, mount my palico or anything. it was that completly broken
yeah, at 1st i did that & it just didn't work. but then the game was doing very weird things & then it started working. no idea what was going on. it just kept doing weird things on its own. MHR needs a much better control mapping option, cause what they have was not working for me at all last night
