Other Quests For Farming Platinum Eggs

Are there other quests besides Afflicted monsters for farming Platinum Eggs?

6 and 5 star quests can also drop it but its only a 4% chance on 6* and 2% on 5*

It isn't farming, but your Cahoot can drop them, too, if you are skipping that. I got one that way around MR2 and haven't found one in the nest since.

Every five missions/hunts you can harvest your cohoot nest(s).
One in the buddy plaza in Kamura on top of the big tree with the shrine in it. On the backside are vines to climb up.

And in Elgado on top of the castle where the Commander is.

I time it by using the Meowcenaries as they take five missions/hunts to finish their task, so if they are back, the nests are full.

Why you need platinum eggs? To sell to make money?

Easiest zenny farm only takes less then 5 minutes.
Learn Lava mining ores route.
Go to Volcano during Mining Upsurge in Expedition
Make sure you complete route before 5 minutes.
Exit.
Go back to Volcano. Run route again.

Be sure to have geologist level 3 and any other skills that give you additional materials from mining.
Congrats, you now make 350-400K in a single run in less than 5 minutes.

There is also another route similar. I forgot area that has good mining, it is the place with the pyrmaid you can do the same there as well. Just sell all the ores you get.

Some say jungle has good route, but I don't know, I never personally used it before or tried it.

I am answering OP because they want to sell Platinum Eggs. There is really no need for that as you have to hunt a particular monster to even get it to drop.

By the way, you forget armor upgrades cost money. In Rise if you wanted to upgrade everything you had to result to farming as prices get ridiculous. I don't imagine it magically changed any, less you saying you get lot more zenny from just doing quests.

Also can you bank over 1mil Zenny in under 15 minutes?

I think you will be as surprised as i was when you find out that the armor in Master Rank is cheaper, not only to upgrade, but to craft.

Money won't be a problem at all. You get a lot of zennies now by just playing (As other people mentioned already). And the nest gives you plenty of trade-in items to sell.

No need to go through the effort of mining anymore. This is not base Rise where the economy is a mess. We are playing Sunbreak now.

And Cathulhu mentioned it already: you can get Platinum Eggs from Cohoot Nest. Play normal and you have more money than you can spend ever. No exaggeration there.

You know what kind of Event Quest Capcom should make? One where we fight an incredibly boosted Kulu-Ya-Ku (think greatest Jagras) where all the drops are some kind of egg. Silver, Gold, Platinum, you name it, it drops it.

We can even call it, "Eggsellent Adventure"

Rise one given Rise drops, Elgado ones gives the Plat Eggs (Sunbreak Drops)

Me too. And by the time I got the materials I need for certain parts I have normally played enough to afford it easily. Especially when you get a Platinum Egg for every quest. For a weapon e.g. I usually need 3-5 quests to get all the anomaly materials for the upgrade.
