I don't think so. This error with the letter D: has always been like that. I've installed Rise on many with different letters, and it always shows D:\\
Also, from time to time you can delete the shader.cache2 inside the game folder and also do a disk cleanup to delete some DirectX cache files etc.
This drastically reduced the fatal error 25 for me. I remember that I spent almost half the day playing with my friend without any problems.
Now the only bizarre bug I've noticed that can't be solved is Elgado closing the game without any error. I literally walk through Elgado, and if I look to the side where the ship is, the game has a chance of closing instantly.
This is literally random. Sometimes I pass by looking at the Ship without any problem, but then, on a random walk to talk to the Buddy NPC, BOOM, the game closes without any warning. LOL
@Edit; I forgot to mention that restarting the computer can also help.
Note that these tips are not meant to fix the problem, but to reduce the chances of it appearing. Unfortunately the only ones who can fix this is Capcom, but as the game is already kinda old and they haven't even done this in the past, then the chances are 0 of them fixing it.
Ontop of that you should also go to your steamapps\shadercache folder and delete the folder named ''1446780''. This should reset the shader and possibly fix some things.
Also verify your game files if you have not done that so far.
Did this problem only start after you fixed the first one? If so im curious about what you did to fix your first issue.
