#2 - We don't even know how Elden Ring is going to play yet, you can play the demo for this. Think for yourself man.
Theyre both worth getting, even though theyve been tight lipped on elden ring you know fromsoft wont disappoint and we already know what Rise is.
They also arent the same kinda game, they may appeal to some of the similar kinds of players but its a whole different experience
Haha, yes i wasnt trying to compare, at all. It's just ive only got so much time to play and a week doesnt feel like enough for a mh game. Also, i imagine elden ring will pretty much be what we expect but luckily we'll prob see it at the game awards. So we can judge it (visually anyway) b4 we purchase either...never pre-order and all.
If you haven't played any iceborne, then it sounds like you aren't hungry for 'more monster hunter', and that's pretty much exactly what each new MH game offers. So probably Elden Ring.
Plenty of people still playing World now years later, so it's a safe bet. Also, as mentioned above Sunbreak will come out, and that will bring a bunch of people back too.
Bait of poor quality
If you're looking for a challenge you will be sorely disappointed with Rise. It's a great game but it is far from challenging. Magnomalo in the demo is by far harder than anything so far in Rise.
