HD texture pack doesn't work, does it?

Might be most of the reason why the graphics suck.

Not sure if you missed anything in the options menu.

It's a Switch game. 4K textures aren't going to magically fix it.

I switched it on and off and took screenshot at weapon selection menu preview, and it made no difference.

With good textures it can at least compete with "competitive" settings.

You're comparing footage taken at different render resolution, with youtube compression.

nvm it's noticeable in game, graphics kinda just sucks with or without hd pack.
