Can we get local co-op multiplayer like the Switch does?

The Switch practically just does wifi hot-spot then bam, lan multiplayer. No reason we can't have lan parties (yeah, I know PCs are almost always connected to the internet anyway)

But more importantly, have the Steam Deck do local multiplayer anywhere without internet connection.

Doubt it. Not even stories 2 has it. Better not get your hopes up when it comes to Switch ports from Capcom for now at least.
