100% GPU Usage?
Hi! I'm kind new on playing high demand 3d games, and in MH Rise I opened the overlay of AMD graphics and my GPU usage is 100% on this game everytime. Is this normal?
I have a RX550 4Gb, Intel I3 7100, 8 Gb RAM. I have everything on Low, 30 FPS Cap
I bought a graphic card for this game.
Is this normal? Because in the other games I play the GPU usage keep oscilating.
Thanks

Did you seriously go and buy the bare minimum graphics card? Instead of at least the recommended? No wonder you are at 100%

Atleast 16-20GB of ram required

Lol, I'm not a troll, my played games are from the 360/ps3 generation, I'm having a question about Monster Hunter Rise just because I'm not understand much about dedicated GPUs.

100% gpu usage just means that the hardware is being used. Go return that graphics card. I suggest buying something better value than that bottom of the barrel gpu if budget allows. pretty much the only use only for that thing is a display adapter.

Doesn't change the fact your hardware isn't very powerful and that's just what's going to happen.

By the way, there is literally nothing wrong about having your GPU at 100% usage, even for extended periods of time when playing the game. You're not in danger of it breaking down or anything like that, as long as it's not overheating and your PC is cooling itself properly then you're all good.
get Universal X86 Tuning Utility then OC your rig, might improve performance a little bit

It keeps at 61ºC (I live in a hot country), 66º at some fights but its more like 61~63º mostly times

My game runs at 60 fps, I just put on 30 FPS mode because I dont want to stress my GPU, you guys even said its a bad GPU, so I dont want to stress.
But here everything is expensive because of government taxes.

You have absolutely nothing to worry about, those are low temperatures, especially if we're talking 100% utilization. You could be pushing close to 80 and still be okay.

I'd try locking at 40 fps for better gameplay and so so gpu stress.

Bro no offense but that's a low end card from 10 years ago. Of course it's gonna be at 100%. Don't worry about it and save up for something decent.
