MR-310-82 on deck

I cleared my download and shader cache
did a ten minute power cycle
called my ISP switched my dynamic IP to a static one.
Changed my download region 5 times.
I can't keep a lobby running for more than 20-25 minutes, if I'm lucky- 5 if I'm not.
I've spent the past twelve hours trying to figure this out. I just wanna enjoy this game with my gf and I'm about to throw my deck out the window.
