Why no one joining my quest?

Hello, I've been struggling with some urgent quests and trying to complete them alone is a pain in the ***. But whenever I select "send join requests" and then go in, I get no one joining on my quest. But when I wanna join people's quests then I have no problem finding some. Even event missions. Is this some sort of a bug? Or what can I do to find players that can help me with my quests?

You can use the mod linked in the first post to help with join requests. It only works for them.

Personally, Rise's MP experience will be a lot better if you join lobbies. There are plenty, and I am shocked people are not even using them that much. They are still working and are way better if you want to socialize or ♥♥♥♥ around with other hunters ingame.

Simply change your download region until the list is big enough. I recall that it doesn't even require a Steam restart for it to be applied ingame anymore. You get the prompt, and yet it gets applied anyway. At least it was working this way when I played Rise a few days ago.

You not being able to find others is not a bug. Just the messed-up region lock the game has in the PC version.

I have the same issue as well. Dealt with it a little after Sunbreak's release to change everything.

No one joins hosted games on my side too and it is only on the receiving end to join to find people regardless, Game worked flawless for all to play together on release years ago to ignore this issue. Now with all the updates and player feedback of who knows what made it into something that no one can relate to for this problem only for modding/hacking to talk about it seems for the vanilla/sunbreak of the game and made it into a Friends Only type deal.

Open a hub or join someone else's hub.

Join request is fine, but on Steam it's regionlocked by Steam download region (so, for example, without the better matchmaking mod, I could only play with people who are in the US-Pittsburgh Steam download region).

If you just want to jam some quests, do it the old school way and join a hub and round robin those quests with people in the hub.
