Issues with sheath

Anyone else having issues sheathing their weapons. I can't take out a weapon without attacking first. I never had that issue with monster hunter world. Anyone figured out how to fix this?

What controller are you using? Sounds like your sticks have slight drift

Do you have a controller plugged in at all? Even if you're not using it.

Does it also happen when you draw your weapon after completely standing still for a few moments? (If you only ever tried shortly after moving my theory is that they changed the timing)

If that's not the problem I will test around later when I'm back on my pc

i stood still for about a minute then tried still nothing it just uses my item.

The "item button" just sheathes your weapon, for unsheathing you need to press attack button while standing still, before I can test I can't tell you which one of the two attack buttons have to be pressed when using kb/m since I'm playing with controller, im also not entirely sure if there is differences between weapons so depending on your weapon it might not be possible to unsheathe without attacking even when standing still (I'm pretty sure that every weapon can be drawn without attacking tho)

Yeah, pressing left click (I think?) while standing still should let you draw your weapon normally. Drawing into an attack is usually better for almost all weapons, or even drawing into guard.
