helped me a lot with stability and graphics
But still stuttering
what are the temperatures on your hardware while playing? your laptop has very high power components and they might be overheating. find a program that can monitor them, such as HWiNFO, and keep it running while you play for a while
"Monster Hunter Rise stutters when devices are plugged in or out as it tries to figure out if there's a gamepad to use for the game.
Sadly this happens even for non-controller devices, which is especially bad when games from Xbox Game Pass or the Microsoft Store are installed, since Windows uses virtual disk drives for these games which randomly get created and removed all the time, even when the games don't run. Every time this happens the game stutters."
is what the mod description says.
If it'll help you with your stuttering, then all the better. If not, then idk how else to help you. Sorry friend.
My first thought was: where are the video settings? What video settings are you using?
My second thought was: does the stuttering persist when you turn auto-save feature off?
Thank you for your suggestion. After trying it out, I stopped stuttering and finally can enjoy the game
