I have to emphasize the "experimental" part. The way Steam Input uses the DualSense's haptics severely interferes with the gyro, causing it to aim drift, and I have been unable to make any meaningful changes to the settings to compensate for it without also seriously hampering the player's ability to make fine adjustments to aiming. I recommend haptic feedback (vibration) to be turned off while using this, or for the adventurous, keep it on (it's more like real life that way xD).
Other changes include:
- Slightly deeper soft pull on L2 required before aim-mode is engaged (required since I have the gyro enabled only on a full pull)
- R2 changed to hair-trigger to enable easier rapid-fire actions.
- Gyro is dampened during the soft pull of R2. This lessens the effect of your natural sway when rapid firing (this is also present in my DualShock 4 profile). This dampening does not happen when R2 is in full pull, allowing bow users to charge while still being able to aim.
- Analog stick sensitivity and curve behave closer to MH:World on PS4.
