The game is not launching (SOLVED)

Every time I try to start the game the process stops after a short time
In the event log I get this error for each start attempt 0x00007ffae9600000

Now i can play it!

This method disables everything working in my startups, even crippling my graphics. The solution isn't even working when I restarted.

uninstalled anti-virus and comodo, make it works, also add steam/mhr fold into win defender excemption list.
confirmed, in my case, comodo firewall is the one, after re-install antivirus. although disable comodo hips and firwall control also other functions, mhr still not open, but after uninstall comodo firewall, it works.

It hadn't worked when I disabled Comodo either, but your saying it worked after completely uninstalling it made me do Comodo-specific searches and this came up:

Comodo [Settings>Advanced Protection>Miscellaneous>Don't detect shellcode in these applications], added both the whole folder and Rise's .exe, and now my Rise boots up for the first time since the update.

I'll put this solution in its own discussion, but tx2ordna01, you is m'guy. It's dumb/weird that disabling Comodo didn't do it, you'd think that one of their detection parameters would be off when the firewall is off.

I did try that before the Comodo thing, but clearing the cache didn't work for mine. Funky and differing solutions to the seemingly same launching problem.

Been trying to figure it out for days and I think this combined with removing services helped me be able to open the game again! Thank peepz!!
