1- Is it comfirmed being in the game files ?
2- Did modders already found a way to break it, making it useless ?
3- How many fps did you guys lost ?

There is this weird pattern that only effect drm anits for some reason

There is a strange performance issue with higher fps past 100fps but I'm starting to think it's a compatibility issue with the update.
Me & my roommate have basically the exact same pc part's & all but I swapped my dead gpu from a 3080 to a RX6800 I had a performance issue but my roommate didn't so I think it's a compatibility issue.
I also confirmed it was the update that caused the issue because downgrading to before the update solved the issue.
Here's another thing I've noticed the newest version solved a random stuttering issue with high frame's so that's cool.
But yea I'm really thinking it's a compatibility problem more than anything because there's a good amount of people that still can't launch the game without mod's & a full reinstall but other's are just fine.

Because I did more testing & when you do a downgrade you download the game file's in a separate place so now I have two separate copys of the game so it's easy to do more testing plus my roommate also pointed out that stutter issue is gone.
