There's a lack of multi-bind for targeted silkbug (LT+RT) which you would ideally have one side button mapped to silkbug targetting.
Generally i bind silkbind skill 1 to Q and skilkbind skill 2 to TAB.
If you don't plan to make use of item hot keys you can free up some space on Z,X,C,V to off load some multi-keybinds.
General priorities i look at on melee gameplay for multi-button keybinds:
A+B ; i think this was LMB+RMB as default, most melee weapons have this combination
silkbind skills 1 and 2
silkbind targetting - since you don't have a side button
scroll switching
The above is just some generic starting point you may prefer deferent things depending on the weapon you decide to generally use.
If you really want, you can use autohotkey or equivalent software to remap ALT and CAPLOCK so that you can use them for something else since capcom were too lazy to allow the use of these keys in keybind or opted not to as you may accidentally use a windows shortcut.
At the end of the day a 5 button mouse with a decent sensor costs 20 USD. If you have an old controller hanging around that is PC compatible you can use that instead of going through this headache if oyu dont want to go down this road. And if you have a disability that does not allow you either option then well accessible controller hardware is expensive so good luck to you.
