Full Screen Mode Randomly Changes to Windowed

Hi guys, so as the title said.

I set my display settings to Full Screen, but sometimes the screen changes to Windowed. It happens randomly.
Whenever that happens, i have to left click the mouse once to make it full screen again.

What i have tried (with zero result):
1. Updating gpu driver. (Tried a few version, same result).
2. Unplugging my keyboard and mouse dongle (i play using controller).
3. Turning off windows error report.
4. Turning off windows notification.
5. Downgrade the display from Ultra to High.
6. Turning off Game Mode / X Box Game Mode.
7. Disable Full Screen Optimization.
8. Updated Windows.
9. Scanned for virus/malwares with Windows Defender (0 threat)

I dunno whether this will be informative, but i use R7 5700X and RX 6700 XT. Other than MH Rise i played some other game without this issue, so im guessing
It is something to do with this specific game/game's settings?

It has something to do with your OS and graphics cards driver software.
