huh?
Such diversity indeed.
Most people had life, so coming back to endgame after working is still feel fresh to them.
That may just be one of the stupidest things I've heard.
I ran out of interest in playing this game like a year ago. That's why I only have 47 hours in it. Apparently Sunbreak would fix that, but people scared me from buying it when complaining for paid layered armors, which is a huge issue for me, as it was most of the reason I stuck around in World for so long. Waiting for a steeper discount before I buy this game's DLC.
I agree. I didn't play for the sieges, but I still should mention them. I will say that the later half of the sieges were fun, but it really was a slog to get to those points. That's assuming your team didn't fail, or downright quit before even getting to the fun part.
But are you sure people can't hunt Safi anymore? I haven't played in a while, but shortly before Monster Hunter Rise came out, they just made all monsters available to everyone. I don't recall them just barring monsters.
You sure THIS isn't a bait comment? Loads of people have issues with this awful AR grind, and somehow complaining about it makes it a bait post?
Nothing in this game can hold a candle to the diversity of joining random SOS in World. That was my World end game, and World also had some really fun event quests that people would often play either for the rewards, or just for the fun it.
Anomaly quests are very repetitive and similar, and you're punished for trying to join random quests, because either you may not find anything, or then it's too low level and it gives you useless investigations and very little rank experience. Diversity my ass, the diversity is so ♥♥♥♥ in these quests. They all work the same way. Every 3 monster quest first has 2 targets on the map, and then the last one spawns only after 1 target has been hunted. And there's always only 1 afflicted monster per quest. It's the same formula over and over again, it's repetitive as ♥♥♥♥. Same with the damn spiribrids, same route in the map every time, every quest.
Also I just reached AR180 and still I've only seen the same Apex monsters over and over again. Where's Apex Rathalos, or Apex Diablos? I'd love to fight against those and experience some of this diversity you speak of. There COULD be more diversity in these quests, but the AR gating of monsters makes it far less diverse than it could be.
As for GL grind, well that was NOTHING in comparison to AR grind. Fun wise, I'd say they're about the same, the difference however is that GL grind was much faster, and much more clear as to what to do, and what to go after. It was something you could actually complete, and then go back to doing stuff that is much more fun. The annoying grind that GL was in World now feels insignificant after having experienced this awful grind.
