Mighty Bow Feather

How could i unlocked the Mighty Bow Feather??
I searched on youtube and found out by complete all Utsuchi's arena quests. i did them but i didn't get the forging weapon on list. is it normal or would i do anything different?

Isn't it an armor piece?
Although, I dont remember if you need to craft it or not and whether or not you need certain ranks in the arena to unlock it

The feather takes the following items:

Ace Hunter Coin, Hunter King Coin, Rajang Coin, and Barioth Coin. If you're missing one of the coins you can't craft it, and key items missing during crafting may make it so the item won't even show up in the crafting list. So make sure you have all the items and aren't missing ones like Ace Hunter Coins.

Iirc, Ace Hunter Coins come from arena quest 5.

In high rank is a piece of armor from arena quest 4 and 5.

If you have Sunbreak you will eventually be able to make the decoration for it
