Just count its value by deco slots.
Part breaker is +2 each, WEX is +2 each, lvl 4 is 4.
So that's a 14 point deco. Is that even possible? A 12 point is rare enough.

Best combination? I think something like Attack 3, CE 2, 3-slot, 1-slot? Attack 3, WE 2, 2-slot, 1-slot?
Not too sure since I don't have anything like that, but I sure do have a lot of different varieties of Attack 3 or Crit Eye 3 talismans.

I tend to run my Attack 3, Spiribird's Call, 2-slot, 1-slot for most of my builds since it's easy to just put in. I'll switch it around if I have something that fits better for that specific build.
I also have ones like Attack 2, Agitator 2, 3-slot or CE 3, QS 1, 2-slot, 1-slot.

nah not really, just between us majority of pc hunter use a moded talisman and its easy to do comparing to wasting your time on rng

According to the talisman excel spreadsheet, you have a god charm combination of that specific skill. The maximum you can get with part break and WEX is a lv3 partbreak, WEX lv2, lv4 slot. Or a lv3 lv1 lv1 slot. Congrats! While it's not the best god charm, it is nevertheless, a god charm in it's own category.

Unless you need the 2 lv1 slots, 1 lv4 slots is better for futureproofing. Of course in the end it depends on the build. You may just need 1 more deco to max out a skill, so the lv4 slot is wasted.

Well I got lucky yesterday and i got 3-1-1 slot talisman but it was with Free meal 3 and Attack 1.
