Don’t spread misinformation
That said I love the wirebug and will miss it greatly in the next MH game but the main thing I want to see continued are Switch Skills. There is no downside to these attacks and only add to the game. Sure there are always meta choices, but unless it is so far out there in terms of strength they all have their uses.
oh yes i dont disagree with that,in fact they can bring over the switch skill for more diverse gameplay but please don't bring over wirebug just to f with the monster AI with higher mobility just because we have wirebug to balanced it out.
I know that's probably the only option to balanced out our hunter mobility but i don't feel much of a hunter anymore.
1. The fact that it happens to people that don’t mod, read the post on the report an issues board
2. The developers stated in there post about modded afflicted quest that there was “no correlation” between modded quest and the save issue back when players where losing their ♥♥♥♥ over the quest
3. The thousands of people that mod the game with no issue
So to answer you question the community and the developer have established it.
So no the save bug and modding are not related; that’s why it’s misinformation
Giving yourself something not released yet or screwing with your rank may cause issue but giving yourself a max bird at the start does not. I know this because it’s a popular mod (I used it before) and know people that do with no issue.
i see no reason why capcom insists on creating chores to reach maximum stats and pretend like its important to the game's formula. spiribirds for example - i don't see what they bring to the table that standard gathering does already.
you can say they are for exploration, but special gathering locations and treasures did that already. you can say they are a "difficulty option," but you already had "the option" to NOT gather, craft, or drink armorskin/demondrugs. that is why i see no point in adding them despite the arguments i've seen thus far.
