Please don't ever bring spiritbirds buffs to future MH games
Mostly focused on the HP and stamina spiritbird buffs, it's enough to just eat food and get all your buffs then because roaming around the map for birds on high level hunts gets old pretty fast.

If you need them (no offense I do too) Just mod the buff in. I also couldnt do it anymore after 100 h or so and just use the rainbow buff mod. You can also tinker a lil bit with it so you wont get the full buff.. you can do whatever you want.. just hp.. stam .. everything at once. Whatever.

If something is annoying and there is a solution. Use it.

You shouldn't need mods for this though, plus now modding is risky with the save file bug going around so with that I want to be careful and not lose my save.

Please do not ever bring the garbage wirebug feature to future MH games. Monster Hunter is supposed to be about positioning, preparation and commitment to actions. In SB you can just mash all buttons to win.

Its a spin off game made by the spin off team who made Stories, Generations, etc. Spin Off games always try something insanely different every time and barely ever keep the major changes.

They did it right with their earlier spin off title MHGU with hunter arts. :P

That has nothing to do with mods as has been established many times now

Don’t spread misinformation

Well considering that they braught back hunter arts from GU in the form of skillbinds, chances are that the birds are here to stay (:

I doubt the birds will come back. They didnt even add any new bangle things in Sunbreak so I would assume its an abandoned mechanic like the Rampage.

That said I love the wirebug and will miss it greatly in the next MH game but the main thing I want to see continued are Switch Skills. There is no downside to these attacks and only add to the game. Sure there are always meta choices, but unless it is so far out there in terms of strength they all have their uses.

Get Spiribird’s Call deco, it’s great.

oh yes i dont disagree with that,in fact they can bring over the switch skill for more diverse gameplay but please don't bring over wirebug just to f with the monster AI with higher mobility just because we have wirebug to balanced it out.

I know that's probably the only option to balanced out our hunter mobility but i don't feel much of a hunter anymore.

Established by who? Also I'm only saying that mods should not be the solution to every problem in the game and that I don't want to risk corrupting my save especially with the save data bug going around. I'm not telling people it's because of mods the bug is happening I'm just being cautious around using mods in general that effect gameplay.

Established by

1. The fact that it happens to people that don’t mod, read the post on the report an issues board

2. The developers stated in there post about modded afflicted quest that there was “no correlation” between modded quest and the save issue back when players where losing their ♥♥♥♥ over the quest

3. The thousands of people that mod the game with no issue

So to answer you question the community and the developer have established it.

So no the save bug and modding are not related; that’s why it’s misinformation

Giving yourself something not released yet or screwing with your rank may cause issue but giving yourself a max bird at the start does not. I know this because it’s a popular mod (I used it before) and know people that do with no issue.

Capcom needs to stop gating max/potential stats beyond canteen meals and consumable items, period.

i see no reason why capcom insists on creating chores to reach maximum stats and pretend like its important to the game's formula. spiribirds for example - i don't see what they bring to the table that standard gathering does already.

you can say they are for exploration, but special gathering locations and treasures did that already. you can say they are a "difficulty option," but you already had "the option" to NOT gather, craft, or drink armorskin/demondrugs. that is why i see no point in adding them despite the arguments i've seen thus far.

I doubt they would bring them back in another game. Seems like they are Rise exclusive. Like scout flies and slinger is exclusive to World. They are apparently native to the Kamura area so having them in another area in another game would be weird.

They be replaced with another mechanic that accidentally exposes bad players.
