:O… But that’s just the same monsters I’ve already killed a bunch at the beginning of the game.
What’s the purpose of doing anomaly quests? I don’t seem to get anything for it except a few new weapon unlocks. Which so far I’m not interested in any of them.
I also have no curios crafting option at the smith either it seems.
So in a nutshell, there’s nothing left for me to do except fight the monsters Iv already fought a tonne?
But bro… that will take ages of just farming the same stuff over and over again.
They don’t have any materials I want either, I can pretty much craft whatever I want already.
- Get to MR 100 for the Marshmallow variant
- Build all the weapons you want
- Create the near perfect loadout you want.
- Do the new Quiro investigations to unlock better decorations to create your near perfect loadout
- Fight the new update 1 monsters
- Help other hunters hunt monsters
rinse and repeat x 100 for every monster hunter game.
I just don’t think I can face doing 20 afflicted Baggies, or great Izuchis, or comparable bosses. That’s all that’s in those investigation missions for me. Like why would I want to do those? Just so I can work my way up to more of the same stuff I’ve already fought. Both afflicted and not afflicted.
You unlock more as you go, collect glowy gathering points and break parts off monsters for more varied investigations, 2-3 hunts at most for a semi decent selection to start.
The anomaly quests is just the same thing as the base game, except monsters now do more damage and are more aggressive.
I don't even bother playing Monster Hunter unless I'm on the exercise bike and have nothing else to watch. It's the perfect fit for sneaking in a bit of extra cardio without being bored to tears.
Well I put 1300 into World but somehow it feels different here. In world there were worth while and fun bosses to keep fighting like behemoth and Fatalis. I could also join quests that I wanted to. From what I’ve heard it’s not that way in this game.
I get you, but I do like the game I just don’t want the same monsters over and over that just aren’t that fun to fight. It’s more of a chore than fun at this point for me.
fatalis added after 5 tittle update, sunbreak just got it first tittle update
I guess that’s true, but I still don’t think I can keep fighting the same bosses up to MR 70 and beyond in this game.
