Yes most people felt that way but this is one of the first videos that proves it(that I’ve seen). Most of the other content around it was “I feel” this is actually proof
You are mistaken with that too.
Like I said I hadn’t seen any. So if there was my bad. Thought it was interesting that even things like True charge being different.

The long/short of it is that playing at 60 fps is probably (?) the best, anything above or below that results in differences in AI and animation. Weapons are faster at 30 fps, but some hits may drop if it's too fast, etc, etc. LS has a more forgiving parry window at 30 fps.
That just leads me to wonder what other moves it effects that way. Because a whole charge level is a lot
And if your greatsword making yourself charge true charge longer
I'd like to have seen him test without using the in-game frame limiter and using the graphics driver to cap the frame rate instead, because it results in less dropped inputs for me for sure.
Personally I can't really enjoy the game at 30 fps so I've gotten used to rolling Magnamalo's tail and other similar things at 60 fps.
Edit- Kind of reminds me of RE2Remake where if you played with uncapped FPS your knife does insane damage.
