I know, I know. You can't make a full suit of armor out of a critter 5 times your size, at least that's the formula that's been in place since the beginning. Anyone else have moments like this that ended up making you chuckle at the absurdity? I mean, seriously, Garangolm's all about using their hands! Where the hell were they?

It's an 80% drop if you break one of the arms. Sounds like you didnt break the arms?

apparently the guild take 90% of your earning so you end up with two pieces of mats from an entire monster. You know, taxes...

For the average large monster. When we get to the bigger boys they take 99% instead.

I get that, but throughout the fight they certainly weren't slapping me with stubs. 20%'s a bit low of a capture rate for hands IMO.

The guild has to take 95% of the monster parts to sell. They have to pay for your medical care somehow.
