Male or Female hunter
Probably an age old question but I'm playing as a male character rn and I'm wondering if the armors on look better on females. What do yall think?

My armor set can still make you look cool even as a female hunter

Female cause more fashion flexible in general.

doesn't matter since both "genders" are masculine and have same macho animations.

You can have "cute" female armor sets with exposed thighs and stomachs that make zero sense protection-wise, or you can have actual, sensical armor.

Your decision will largely depend on if you're a weeb or not tbh.

They look equally good and bad.

Male still have largely better armor aesthetic. Unless you like hideous waist pieces and bikini, Bois have way more better looking stuffs. :lunar2019piginablanket:

Has nothing to with being a "weeb" or not. I dislike the female armors in MH which is why i play as male despite preferring to play female characters usually.

Male character, as always. Most of the female armour just looks terrible, and the ones that don't are usually just a copy of the male set, only smaller. Bleh.

They're pretty much divided into function and form, with the female sets being all about form and very little function. Yeah yeah it's a fantasy game with monsters yadda yadda, whatever. Male sets are usually both function and form, so yeah it's a given.

Although considering Rise totally shát on males by not including beards beyond something you draw on your face with face paint, I'm not so sure. I guess it's even more reason to cover up my hunters face, anyway - shame the game removes my helmet and exposes me to his weak, womanly chin without any facial hair on it every time I eat dango, lol.

till u can mod in feminine animations (using Fiorayne's animations) for female hunters. Male hunters are left untouched.

You'd best check those sets for yourself on some YT videos, what looks 'better' can mean a ton of different things from person to person.

Personally I say male armor is the safest, because most sets are committed to their design.

i play as a female as i always do but generally i prefer male armor :( i wish female armor had less exposed parts and especially more cool helmets.
