It always crazy to see just how much dlcs these game's have reminds me of the Sims.

I can't see any admiral hairstyle in the usual mod pages, neither there's any DLC for it in the store.
Maybe it came with the deluxe edition? idk.
Edit: Deluxe edition hairstyle is "fluffy curls" Deffinetly not admiral's.
Are you completely sure that it was his and not the one Didaibr linked? Do you have that YT video?

if they would had modded it in I don't think it should've been possible for you to see it, because those would be only local file changes and whatever hairstyle got replaced with the admiral's would still show as the original hairstyle to you.
