I'm not tech savy so I can't tell why or how this helps, but it did. Played over 6hrs straight today without crashing or texture bugs.
this is a case of lack of pagefile/virtual memory
raise it at 8096 or more

Their method work reliably. Maybe just not for you. Maybe this is more helpful for you

Maybe try Forcing game to use DX11
in library
right click game and select properties
and in "launch options" type
-dx11
or
cap fps to 60 and using vsync
or
go in windows settings>system>display>graphic settings
if scheduling is on
1st try adding Ride to the list with high performance
if not try disabling scheduling
clearing caches could help too
not wrong enough to cause bsod
but bad enough to cause dx12 to act up
when is the last time you did a proper uninstall and reinstall of gpu drivers
and by proper i mean by using DDU and fully whiping
The game doesn't have a dx11 renderer. Putting that in the command line still results in the game showing as being in dx12.

Maybe I'll try again with clean install, but it's not a huge deal anyway.
