stuck at now loading

after select character, my game stuck at now loading screen, the icon just keep spinning
(reminder: I don't have any mod or plugging)

Exact situation, no mods too, no SteamInput. Do you have it installed on a secondary hard drive?

I have it on my secondary hard drive, deleting it and I'm going to clean install it on my main drive. (A SSD) See if that does anything.

I do have it on secondary hard drive, does that have any influence?

Looks like primary drive has worked for me now, I've changed nothing else. So give it a shot.

Same issue with loading the Jungle for the first time.

wait, it works now, IDK if it's because the driver.
what I do is, after I stuck at now loading screen with it install on my primary driver.
I create a new character and she get into the game immediately and then I back to the main screen choose my original character and I get into the game this time

Yesterday there was a driver update for Nvidia. Or was it the day before yesterday?
Have you restarted your PC?

You will have to delete a file in the .exe file called Dinput8.dll, was running in to issues of it crashing despite checking file integrity, fresh install, all of that and it instantly loaded up like it normally does after deleting the file I listed.
