I do have armor set Rar 9, 10 and Decor but do you guys think it's too hard to play on the sunbreak currently ?

P/s: I'm not a hardcore spend my entire time to grinding (like some other else)

No, i never got 1 hit killed by any of the monsters. Just because its a rarity 9-10 armor it does not mean you have a guranteet good armour. It also depends, are you using ranged or melee weapons. There are many factors that can change this. You also can buff yourself with dango buffs like defender(hi), defender etc. While also beeing able to use the mega demondrug and the armor one which give you some atk and defense.
If you take up a small route to collect birds you are on a safe side. Though for many monsters it is not necessarily needed.

Yeah i'm using bow currently. So melee will have more defend than ranged ?

Melee takes increased elemental damage while Ranged takes increased physical damage.
What armour skills are you using currently since that can play a big role in your problem.

Well currently i'm using
Divine Ire Mask
Malzeno Mail
Kushala Grip X
Malzeno Coil
Kushala Crus X
Fortitute Petalace III
and Legacy Talisman (Since didn't have any good yet)

I'm focus in maxing regen HP and Defend to lv 7

Defense up lvl 7 is a nice to have skill for sure, but it would be easier if you just tell me what all your skills are currently, since i cant know all armours just out of my memories.

Range user takes much more damage and are more vulnerable to one shots or death from consecutive quick jabs that doesn't trigger knockback (so you can't wirefall into drinking potion).

Either spend some time gathering HP birds or learn to dodge all attacks, there isn't any really good alternative. Defensive skills like DEF Boost might help a little but I doubt a bow build could fit so many skills without losing major DPS skills. Similarly for Dango Defender and Divine Blessing, they could help but inconsistent. My personal choice is still moxie, so I can at least get hit 1 time in a hunt and sometimes get free damage boost from adrenaline.

Dango Spiritbird caller Lv4 is also good if you decided to take the 'gather HP bird' path as the skill gives double boost per bird. Also try getting Underworld/Absolute Petalace as they give more HP per bird and have a higher cap.

This tool might be of use for you to share that sort of information easily ~

If you have it, switch over to Absolute Petalace. It'll give you fifty extra health over Fortitude and a little extra defense too. Mind you you'll still have to collect the Spiribirds to make use of that health and defense.

If you're using ranged weapons the risk of getting oneshot certainly is real, I'd advise using the dango skill Felyne Moxie or using the Pride leg armor piece for the skill Guts, they also stack for two safety nets.
Other than that only HP is going to be able to save you from oneshots, defense doesn't matter, especially for ranged weapons. You're better off getting evasion skills that boost your survivability greatly on Bow.

It's mostly individual attacks on some monster. Off memory, Diablos has a MASSIVE damage attack in that running gore he does. In contrast, something like an Astalos does fairly little damage on most of its tail swipes. Magnamalo is an absolute travesty with the rocket charge and how much damage that does.

Armour can mitigate this to an extent, but the game really does emphasise not taking direct hits in higher levels.

Ranged has less defense and thus takes both more physical and elemental damage than melee, because elemental damage is still calculated against your defense stat at some point before elemental resists are taken into consideration, and the +5 ele resist ranged gets is not enough to make up for the -30% defense penalty.

but the penalty is invisible?or there is visible number we can see?cuz in older game there is visible number and range and melle armor are separate armor as in MH dos range always has lesser defense stat

If you press escape and look under status, on the very first page it will state weapon type bonuses. Melee gets 'Less Physical Damage Taken' and ranged gets 'Less Elemental Damage Taken'. It's moreso one weapon type gets the bonus the other doesn't than one weapon taking more of a type of damage than the other.

Unfortunately I'm pretty sure the buff amounts are invisible to us and would require going through the game's code. Probably just like Divine Blessing except consistent on every hit.
