is that the hidden status for the poison?
its definitely a mistake. if you look at the regular espinas duelblades they do tell you that it does both
Maybe the UI code only has compatibility for Dual Blades since traditionally they're the only double-status weapon.
But yeah, apparently, ALL weapons can deal poison this way. Friend using lance was able to poison with Flaming.

This makes me sad that the regular Espinas GS doesn't have a hidden paralysis effect. The only paralysis GS in the game is hot garbage.
But it's an Elemental Phial...
