Gathering Hub Solo Monsters
SO the story is solo so monsters there are adjusted for solo play hp and etc, but if your in the HUB and do quest solo there to progress that are monsters still adjusted for multiplayer even though your in the fight alone?

No. Village is not "story", the hub also has story. Additionally, the hub adjusts to the amount of players. Playing the hub solo is completely fine (actually it's the easier way to play). Village has massively reduced monster hp, but thats not balanced for solo play, thats balanced for beginners. It's basically a tutorial.

I've done pretty much everything solo this far without problem. I'm currently at HR 6 urgent but I haven't started it yet because I'm still grinding some new better gear but RNG isn't with me at the moment and 24h of farming Rathian still wouldn't give me a ruby or medulla so it might take a while until I get there. However I noticed that gathering hall quests take like up to 5 minutes longer than village quests. Village LR took like 5 to 10 minutes while gathering hall took like 15 on low while HR takes 10/15 to 20 depending on the monster and the occasion as I always focus mainly on breaking parts/cutting off tail (which can be annoying when you're being auto focused 100% all the time so I just make use of the old strategies like flashbombs and traps when the need arises because wasting them would end up in having to abandon the quest to get more bombs and materials like the old games. Haven't found an option of restocking mid quest yet and I think it's actually good because world was baby difficulty with that feature) and being careful rather than dishing out damage in a rotation and getting slapped instead of actually paying attention to what's happening. Also I mostly focus on more defense rather than damage because I'm solo only and getting one hitted is something I want to avoid as my death count is still zero which might change if Rajang is in the game as I always hated that thing since the OG games.
I think that they might ahve returned the online quests to their original state making the monsters a bit stronger.

The whole game dont have really a story.

solo is usually easier then randoms, especially later on when monsters kill in 1-2 hits.
i guess a good portion of people dont eat food or upgrade armor.
Rajang is in this game but he is neutered to hell. He does this thing where he stamps his feet and snarls for like 5 seconds every few attacks. You can surely remain deathless when fighting him. Mizu, los, zin, or magna are the most likely to be your killers. Mizu and los just with their strongest attack surprising you in damage and zin and magna with wirefall punishes.
