The constitution is kinda meh because I don't play bow but it works
I've found the "Melding - Wisp of Mystery" to give me far better drops than anything before that (typically getting 2-3 skill levels and some decorations).
The "Melding - Rebirth" option I'd save until you have a large collection of useless/underpowered talismans.
My recommendation would be to try for the skills you want to begin with, then just start grinding the 'wisp of mystery' for the better drops.
(you'll need to complete the "Lv. 7⭐ Hub Urgent Quest Serpent Goddess of Thunder" village quest to unlock this melding option)
OP asf
On PC I got a charm with Wirebug 3 Atk 1 with a single slot, Wirebug Whisperer 3 is sleeper busted.
I sadly wasted my luck on a Rapid Morph 3 Counterstrike 1 charm which is utterly useless to me... Luckily Emergency Apexes give like ten Defender 9 Tickets per clear.
also sunbreak will most likely readd level 4 deco slots and thus youll have to farm a new charm all over again in sunbreak anyway as level 4 deco slots will just be flat out better than anything currently available.
the overall difference between a god tier charm and a decent one is very minimal unlike haveing and not haveing certain decorations in world was.
