Beeping sound?
I keep hearing this beeping/alarm sound. Sounds like a truck or vehicle backing type of sound. Is there a way to disable it?

Yeah, just take the batteries out of your alarm.

its that or your mother is beeping because of some hardware error, nothing to do with the game probably

This is my first guess too. Motherboards beep when there are hardware problems. Consider looking into running some diagnostics on your machine to find the source.

Isn't it just a person in game pinging them?

When people lay traps I hear that noise.

If you have a Palico with you, they beep when they lay down traps or set up healing spots, etc.

This reminds me that my mouse kinda does a low constant beeping sound which ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me up for a time because I was trying to locate the sound for months. However I found out that the rgb on my chroma does this sound (as I have it set to fast flickering to see all the buttons better in the dark) and I'm glad I found out about it recently. So if you have any razer products with rgb then it might come from them as I read when researching why my mouse does that sound. A lot of people have reported this "issue".
The only beeping in the game I hear is from either birds or when my buddies lay a support item on the ground.
As for system sound I have an occasional ticking sound which comes from my external drive sometimes. Although I don't think it's broken as it's literally brand new.
The only hardware beeping I had that I remember was on my old PC which was caused by the DvD player. It could maybe be the case here as well if you have an integrated hard disk reader/player. The other thing might, as mentioned before, the motherboard.
