how the HELL do you hang froma wirebug?
on xbox 360 controller. i seen countless vidoes now and it just doesnt work. there isnt even a tutorial ingame for which buttons to press for this move. tryed for 30 minutes in arena. nothing works. i can dash and zip and aim just fine but this move fully eludes me. and all videos are for switch buttons only.

has anyone figured this out?

i believe its whatever button is on the right side, circle for ds4, B? for xbox
you wirebug upwards and then press the button mid-air
you can't do it instantly out of the wirebug, you have to wait like half a second or something
can't do it with your weapon out

Zip and hit the attack button while mid air...

Button on the right whenever you're in the air off a wirebug jump or a jump off a ledge.

Can't do it when you use the dodge either

i found out why it never worked. you have to let go of the wirebug aim button for it to work. thats a bit counter intutive given all other wirebug skills require pressing that button first.... sigh. thanks for the help guys. it was indeed the button on the right but you have to let go of the wirebug trigger button (upper left trigger) for it to work.

I know I'm late to the party but your answer just cured my frustration. Just picked this up and have been practicing wirebug stuff for an hour or so and could NOT figure out how to hang with an XB1 controller. Letting go of the aim button, simple as. Thanks!

My god, I did thís accidentally one time and I just spent 10 mins to recreating it. Thank you my friend. For those who are curious, after the dash you need to let go the left trigger than press B once (Xbox controller)
