Yeah ~ from my personal language understanding it is usually something you use when e.g. you need to recall a food item or something like that. But just for sharing a tip feels wrong to call it a PSA. Or is it a thing in English?
It just feels to me like: if people use it too often willy-nilly, actual important PSA might get ignored.
I like stuff like this, where every five quests or so you take a short break to handle some hub stuff. The lottery is cool as well...dunno why little features like that draw me right in, but they do.
It pays to explore, anyway
