Solo or up to 4 player co-op hunting (/boss rush, like shadow of the colossus) simulator. Not an MMO

Same as always. Solo or small party of 4. It's a staple of the franchise.

But if you are completely unfamiliar, try the demo. I think it is still up.

Gathering hall is balanced for 4 players, but can still be played offline solo if you prefer.
