I agree tho, it gets cumbersome at times
It doesn't get in the way if its up for quarter of a second.
At least on controller, no idea how it is in Rise, but World you just had 1-9 action bar for quick select for keyboard.
And even tho I'm pretty happy with the port (I'm playing controller tho so I don't really have op's problem) I'm pretty sure that rise pc was an afterthought since it was in development as switch title alongside world and world had a pretty big success on pc
First, go the HUD settings and Hide items/radial menus. They will onloy pup up when pressing the bottom to bring them.
Then go customize customize the radial shortcuts.... delete all of them or leave only as much as ur going to use. You can delete/edit up to 4 for Quests and Village. For instance I have one for recovery items and another for traps/capture. looks much cleaner that way
