layered armor option missing from box/pet box

wanted to equip my pre order bonus but the layered armor option is completely missing....
do I need to play to some point to unlock the option? if yes what is it?

Have you accepted the letters sent to you in game? There is a button to claim all to save time, it unlocks after that.

you dont understand - I talked to the cat npc and see the DLCs including the pre order bonus - but the option called "layered armor" is missing from the gear box - its simply not there so I cant equip anything...

But have you redeemed all those gifts from the cat, or did you just look at the list doing nothing?

He does understand, that's why he was asking if you claimed your DLC's, because you don't get the Layered Armor button until you've collected your very first layered armor. But if you talked to the cat then that answers his question: You found a bug, or your game code didn't register as Deluxe/Pre-order so you might need to contact Steam or Capcom somehow.

i got them after done the first tutorial mission and talk to the cat and activate every dlc

Or he talked to the cat, but didn't redeem anything. Which is not an automatic thing. You have to press at least one button to redeem anything.

I did now thanks for the advice - it was confusing because some were blank and couldnt be pressed so I didnt notice some could be pressed - now I got it.
