Keyboard/Mouse-good/bad?
How well is the keyboard/mouse gameplay? Is it a good port with smooth gameplay or more like: it works but...?

It's good.
But you should bring experience to adjust it or check on veterans for tips.

I recall Arrekz has one video about that on YouTube.
Needs some adjustment too be honest. It's a bit different to how I set it to world - but also pretty similar...
I'd say its alright

I'd take mouse camera movement over anything any day
It takes some time getting used to keybinds tho as there's a lot of controls

I think the default keyboard config is crap. You're going to need to take some time to configure it to your liking. Unfortunately, when you first start out, they gray out the options menu and prevent you from binding the keys until you get to a certain point in the tutorial. It doesn't take long... but I think that's pretty stupid. Why prevent the player from binding keys early on?

I love Capcom games, but I'm guessing there aren't many PC gamers at Capcom.

Rebinds aplenty for sure. I hope there's a way to rebind the Action Bar being locked to the scroll wheel. It's by far the least useful bar, but they made it one of the premier bind slots. I'd much rather take Items or Ammos over Actions.

Haven't spent a lot of time looking/trying to rebind it yet though, so maybe I overlooked the option

Yes. You can configure that. Change the mouse wheel settings so that one of them is for items, and the other is for ammo/coatings. It's under controls, but not keybindings. Scroll down the menu and you'll see the two mouse wheel options. The 2nd option is for when you're holding CTRL.

Rebind the keys are nearly in all games with many options necessary. Can you do it free or with restrictions? Are mouse with many buttons supported? Modified keys (like SHIFT+Q)?

And how accurate are the move/aiming with keyboard/mouse. In MHW the movement wasn´t with the same precision as with analog sticks, imho. Especially with the wire bug?

mmb button awkard a bit but i got used to it, too lazy to rebind everything coz everything is already bound and almost no spare logical buttons.

I remember the mouse controls in MHW were initially horrible. Something about the way camera movement accelerated/decelerated based on mouse movement... like it's trying to mimic a controller for camera controls. There was a setting somewhere in MHW that changed everything for me, but I can't remember the name of the setting. Everything after that was silky smooth for mouse controls. The mouse in MHR feels good for me so far, but YMMV. The keybindings, however, are even more complicated than they were for MHW, IMO.

It works. The default binds are horrible so I suggest you change those. But mouse movement is actual and not just analog simulation.
