log in to your account GMG and you should be able to reveal it there. seems like ur email with key went to spam or something they usually send those in real time when the game releases.

i have requested a refund and am tempted to buy it somewhere else but i'll wait a bit. thx again everyone. I have search a bit and it seems a lot of people did not get their key. Also just to add , i have pre ordered this game months ago and it seems that people that buy the game right now gets their keys right away. Definitely something fishy here.

I've been with them for years, it does happen from time to time. On big releases if you know ur staying home dont buy from 3rd party

Had Capcom allowed codes to go out early, this issue wouldn't happen. They would have a week or more to get additional codes and send them.

sure but in that case gmg should not have made pre orders. cd keys and fanaticaL shipped their keys just before release. the point of pre ordering is to 100% get your game on release day.
