I got a deluxe edition key preordered at Fanatical. Will I get the preorder DLC as well? Or will it at least be buyable separately later on?

You will get the pre-order Bonus :)
normally, even if you buy the game within the first few weeks after the release, you will get the pre-order content. And if not, I am sure you will get the chance to buy it as a DLC.

Cool thanks. Is this still true if I haven't redeemed the code yet? They haven't sent it to me and I don't think they will until the game releases in a few hours, since apparently they're not letting people preload this game

As I said, don't worry. Even if you don't activate it immediately, you will still get the preorder-bonus :)

Yes you will. Always check that the store page advertises pre-order bonuses cause I got screwed by Green Man Gaming for MHS2 that claimed they didn't offer pre-order bonuses so I didn't get it.
