Will there be a pre-download for rise ? Some stuff happened & I'm left with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ phone internet which might take half a day just to download the game.

Doubt it, guess they just don't want to risk it, thankfully the release date is thursday, plenty of time before weekend.

Wanted to ask the same question, I'm taking a day-off from work, probably 2 days so I can jump right into it - But I don't have the best speed, so pre-load is always welcome.
